I have enjoyed writing a monthly article on mental health issues for a local publication for several years and I wanted to find a format to share my thoughts with others outside it's distribution area. My writings can be on marriage, parenting, stress, depression, anxiety, personal improvement . . . just about anything. I hope you find my thoughts of interest.
